MALDEN, Mass. (AP) — The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is meeting this week to discuss statewide test results.
Two sets of statewide test scores are scheduled to be released at the board’s special meeting Monday in its Malden headquarters.
The first will be statewide MCAS data, including results for all Massachusetts 10th graders and for students in grades 3 through 8 who took the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System exam in spring 2015. These will not include individual district or school results.
The second set of results released will be preliminary results for Massachusetts students who took PARCC on a computer in spring 2015. Results for those who took PARCC using paper and pencil will be available later this fall.
The board is also scheduled to meet Tuesday morning.
