GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A Leyden teen was arrested on drug charges after he was allegedly found in possession of multiple drugs including marijuana and “Molly.”
Greenfield Police said patrol officers noticed a vehicle entering a small dirt patch across from the Greenfield swimming pool on Nashes Mill Road around 2:00AM Tuesday morning. The officers found Anthony Emanuelli, 19, of Leyden, behind the wheel of the car.
Greenfield Police said after a brief investigation, they found numerous cans of beer, marijuana, hashish, drug paraphanelia, and several orange pills stamped “amphetamine salts.” They also reportedly found capsules containing a white powdery substance believed to be MDMA, which is also known as “Molly.”
Emanuelli was arrested and charged with operating under the influence, person under 21 in possession of alcohol, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and drug possession. Bail was set at $250 by the clerk of courts.
