About 150 emails included in the document are now deemed classified

WASHINGTON (NBC News) – Nearly 7,000 pages of Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails were released Monday evening.

About 150 emails included in the document dump were heavily censored because they contain information that is now deemed classified.

Department officials said the redacted information was not identified as classified at the time Clinton sent or received the messages on her private email server, but the increased amount of blacked-out information is sure to raise questions about her handling of government secrets while in her post as Secretary of State.
