(NBC News) Will he or won’t he? It’s one of the biggest questions of the week and there is growing pressure for Vice President Joe Biden to run for President.
Vice President Joe Biden says he will decide to run for President or not by the end of the summer.
At the Democratic National Committee summer meeting this weekend, Biden supporters are courting delegates asking them to keep an open mind.
“I’ve learned something as chair, and that is primaries are good, and if this is our primary where we vet our candidates the more the merrier,” said Iowa Democratic Party Chair Andy McGuire.
A new poll shows the Vice President’s favorability rating among all voters at 48 percent, well above the 39 percent Hillary Clinton gets.
Still no decision has been made by the Vice President.
