INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle will be sentenced November 19, according to court records.

Court records state he will officially plead guilty and then be sentenced in federal court in Indianapolis.

Fogle will plead guilty to charges that he possessed child pornography and paid for sex with underage minors, his attorney, Jeremy Margolis, acknowledged Wednesday as part of plea agreement with federal prosecutors.

“He can’t undo the damage that he has done,” Margolis told reporters Wednesday. “He has a medical problem and he will seek treatment. He will go to prison to get well to make amends to those people he has affected – both family and non-family members.”

Charging documents stated that on January 11, 2013, Fogle traveled to New York to pay for sex with a 17-year-old girl while he was staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
