WEST SPRINGFIELD (WWLP) – West Springfield’s Taste of the Valley is among the few surviving food festivals that were once plentiful here in the pioneer valley.
The Taste 2015 attracted a sizable Saturday crowd at the town common. This is the 16th year the four day event has filled the common with visitors sampling what more than a dozen food vendors have to offer.
Chris Turner told 22News, “We just moved into West Springfield. It’s the first time we’ve ever come here to the taste of west side, yes, first time.”
The final day of West side’s Taste of the Valley will begin Sunday with a 5K road race which in itself is fast becoming a West Springfield tradition.
