Man killed in motorcycle crash in state forest.

PORTLAND, Conn. (AP) — A Glastonbury man has been killed in a motorcycle crash in a Connecticut state forest.

State environmental police say 52-year-old Eden Cook died Saturday afternoon when he fell off the motorcycle and hit his head on the road. Cook was riding the bike along on Woodchoppers Road in the Meshomasic State Forest.

A passerby saw Cook on the ground after the 3 p.m. accident and called authorities.
