Senate Debates Planned Parenthood

(NBC News) The Senate is scheduled to voteMmonday on legislation that would end federal funding for Planned Parenthood.

Republicans are pushing for a bill that Planned Parenthood says would effectively take away access to health services that they provide to millions of American women.

This comes amid controversy after an anti-abortion group released undercover videos that allegedly show Planned Parenthood employees discussing the sale of fetal tissue for medical research.

While the anti-abortion group says there are more videos to come, Planned Parenthood denies the claims.

Currently, Planned Parenthood receives over $500-million in federal funding.
