CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Lemon chiffon tarts are sweet, tart and super easy to make! Ann Macey, Author of Ann’s Table for Two, showed us how to make this no-bake dessert!
No-Bake Lemon Chiffon Tarts
1/4 C. water
2 T. lemon flavored gelatin mix
1 (6 oz.) container lemon yogurt
1 C. whipped topping, divided
4 mini graham cracker mini pie crusts
In a medium bowl; microwave water on high for 30 seconds. Add lemon gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in yogurt until smooth. Stir in 1/2 C. whipped topping until well blended. Pour lemon mixture evenly into mini pie crusts. Chill for 1 hour and spoon the remaining whipped topping on each tart. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 4 tarts.
NOTES: Lemon gelatin and yogurt may be substituted for any matching gelatin/yogurt flavor such as: raspberry, strawberry, lime, etc.
