(KGW) – Oregon’s slow roll-out of legalized marijuana is underway.
Although the Oregon Liquor Control Commission doesn’t have plans to approve pot sales until at least the fall of 2016, you can start to grow your own cannabis and use it.
In November, Oregon became the third state to legalize recreational marijuana when it passed Measure 91.
On Wednesday, the first part of the legalization measure goes into effect. Still, many Oregonians aren’t sure what that means for smokers.
