“Massachusetts driver” vulgarity accepted into Oxford Dictionary

Oxford English Dictionary added several new entries

BOSTON, Mass. (CNN) – It’s a word many consider vulgar. Enough that we can’t say it on air, or online, without part of it being bleeped. But it’s a source of pride to some in Massachusetts.

Now, that word is part of the Oxford English Dictionary.

If you’re from Massachusetts, you’re probably a Mass****. Or at least now, it’s official.

Oxford University press announcing yesterday that Mass**** will be added to their English dictionary, bringing delight to Mass****s throughout the state.

The word will be defined as “a term of contempt for a native or inhabitant of the state of Massachusetts.” Although, many have their own descriptions.

The Oxford English Dictionary added several new entries last week. Among them: e-cigarette and twerking.
