Grilled stuffed pork chops for father’s day

Grilled Stuffed Pork Chops with Mixed Greens tossed in a Lime-Red Pepper Viniagrette

Boneless Centercut Pork Loin

or Extra Thick Pork Chops ( the Butcher May butterflie them for you)

Course Salt

Fresh Ground Pepper

Dried Sage  (Rubbed)

Olive oil


Suggested Stuffings

1)AppleWood Bacon Aged-Gorgonzola stuffing

Slices of Cooked but Not Quite Crispy Bacon

Firm Aged Gorgonzola

Carmelized Sweet Onion

Day Old Dinner roll or Hamburger Bun


2)Lobster Cheddar Apple

Coarsely Chopped Lobster

Diced Blanched Apple

Cheddar Cheese Crumbles

Chopped Parsley

Day Old Dinner Roll or Bun



Roasted Red Pepper Puree
