Buffalo chicken dip

CHICOPEE Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Looking for an easy, delicious dip to make for your friends and family this summer? Matthew Gibbs and Lauren Pomponio, owners of the ‘One Bar & Grill’ made to make some buffalo chicken dip!

Beautiful Buffalo Chicken Dip
Serving 4 people:

  • 6 oz grilled chicken breast, chopped
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chunky blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup homemade hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh sliced jalapeno, garnish
  • 24- 6 inch corn tortillas

DIP: Mix grilled chicken, cream cheese, blue cheese, hot sauce, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese in a large bowl. Pour into deep baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle jalapeño slices. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until warm through. Serve hot
CHIPS: Cut each tortillas into 4 equal parts. Deep fry for about 1 min until chops float. Remove. Sprinkle with salt. Let cool to warm
