Bank of America robbed in Ludlow

The suspect did not seem to have a getaway car

LUDLOW, Mass. (WWLP) – A young man wearing a baseball cap held up the Ludlow branch of Bank of America on Cherry Street Saturday morning.

Ludlow Police Sergeant Daniel Valadas told 22News, this man is suspected of placing a note on the counter demanding money. The teller complied and the holdup man left with an undetermined amount of cash.

Sgt. Valadas said the man never showed the bank teller a weapon, nor did he appear to have a getaway car nearby. When he left the bank, he just walked away.
