CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Have some fun with your workouts this summer! Rob Guiry, Former ‘Biggest Loser’ finalist showed us how to do some Agility Dot Drills and a Playing Card Workout!
Agility Dot Drills
4 floor markers/cones
Interval workout: Set a time to work, and half that to rest. I.E. 30 seconds on, 15 second rest.
Different exercises include:
Front to back jump
Side to Side
You can challenge yourself more by doing one leg at a time.
1 Deck of Cards
Each suit represents a different workout
Spades – Squats
Heart – Pushups
Diamonds – Mountain Climbers
Clubs – Jumping Jacks
Reps = Number on Card
Face Cards = 10
A’s = 11
I.E. Jack of Diamonds = 10 Mountain Climbers
Go through the deck or Try to get through as many cards as you can in a set time span.
