About Survivor Journeys:
The mission of Survivor Journeys is to provide social and emotional support services to cancer survivors, their families, and caregivers. Our services are built on a collaboration with local providers and cancer survivors, along with regional and nationally recognized cancer organizations. We believe no patient, caregiver, or loved one must travel this journey alone.

Survivor Journeys is a non-profit cancer survivorship program born out of Springfield Medical Associate’s Primary Care Cancer Survivorship Program. We provide a number of psychosocial programs for individuals and families impacted by a cancer diagnosis. We currently have a number of support groups facilitated by  licensed providers. We provide patient and family education programs, professional development to area providers, small financial subsidies for patients towards costs incurred during treatment, and outreach services to families in need (depending on the need). Our program is growing on a daily basis!
