Music legends, rockers, pop & country stars remember B.B. King

Tributes coming in from across the music world

(MEDIA GENERAL) – “A dear friend and inspiration,” wrote Eric Clapton about blues legend B.B. King. Clapton was one of many music icons who expressed their love for King’s life, and music.

King died Thursday night at 89 in Las Vegas, where he had been in hospice care.

Kelly Clarkson wrote King’s music brought tears to her eyes. Brad Paisley wrote he loved collaborating with the legend. And, Peter Frampton called him “a great friend and amazing guitar player.”
