Investigators following up on serial killer connections

Lent is currently serving a life sentence

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Investigators will be searching a section of Mount Greylock in Berkshire County to follow up on cases connected to convicted serial killer Lewis Lent.

Berkshire County district Attorney David Capeless said they will be searching the area of “Greylock Glen” in Adams over the next few days.

Lent is currently serving a life sentence for the 1990 murder of 12 year old Jimmy Bernardo of Pittsfield.

Anyone with information is asked to call State Police Detectives in Pittsfield at 499-1112.
