1 ½ sumac infused vodka
¾ lillet blanc
few drops house celery bitters
*Prep a highball glass with ice, cut a lemon wheel. Add all ingredients to mixing glass, shake and strain onto ice, top with more ice if necessary, and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheel.
1 oz Los Amantes Mezcal
1 oz Espolon Reposado
*Prep a pils glass and ice. Shake all ingredients and strain onto ice, top up if necessary, garnish with long grapefruit curl.
