MERIDEN, Conn. (AP) — Meriden police are investigating the shooting death of a man found at an apartment building.
Sgt. Darrin McKay says officers responding to a report of a gunshot found the 32-year-old victim just before 5 a.m. Saturday. He says the man had been shot in the chest and was dead at the scene.
The identity of the victim was not immediately released.
McKay says police are interviewing several people to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. He says anyone with information should call (203) 630-6334.
