PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) — Recalls this week include hockey equipment, strollers, and window shades.

Bauer Hockey is recalling hockey goalie masks and replacement wires due to facial impact or laceration hazards. The metal wires on the cage can reportedly break, causing a laceration.

Consumers should stop using the masks and contact the company for a free replacement wire cage.

Stokke Trailz Strollers are being recalled due to a fall hazard. It has been reported that the handle can break, posing a possibility that your infant could fall. There have been nine reports of broken handles. Fortunately no injuries have been reported.

Consumers should stop using the stroller and contact the company to schedule a repair.

Blinds To Go has announced the recall of their custom window shades. The company is recalling 200,000 shades. The shade’s chain or cord loop can reportedly slip out of the hold down device, a clear, P-shaped plastic hook that the cord clips into. When it slips out of the clip, the cord or chain can pose a strangulation hazard for children.

The device is used for roller shades with sidewinders, Smartlift pleated and cellular shades, as well as panel track shades and serenity shades.

Customers should contact the company for more information.
