Greenfield man faces third OUI charge

Report: Mark Dauphinais almost hit parked vehicles

GREENFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Police in Greenfield arrested a man who is now facing his third offense for Operating Under the Influence.

According to Greenfield Police Face book page, officers were called over the weekend for reports of a car driving erratically and almost hitting parked vehicles. Officer Emily Rowell pulled over the car just before 8:00 p.m., Sunday, on Federal Street.

Police said that 55-year-old Mark Dauphinais of Greenfield was arrested and multiple charges, including Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Crossing Marked Lanes, and Possession of an Open Container of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle.

Bail for Dauphinais was set at $1,000.
