‘Biggest Loser’ Rob Guiry’s PB&J Smoothie

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) –  Former ‘Biggest Loser’ contestant Rob Guiry shared his healthy and delicious recipe for a PB&J smoothie that will help you kick start your workouts!

Rob’s PB&J Smoothie:
1 Cup Non Fat Fage Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup Baby Kale
3/4 Cup Strawberries
1 Tbsp of Organic Peanut Butter w Flax and Chia seeds
4 Drops of Stevia Extract
1 Tsp. of Cinnamon
1 Cup Chopped Ice

Why I like it:
I started making this smoothie when I got back from the ranch to help balance my busy post ranch lifestyle. I double the recipe and make four 8oz servings. I love it because its full of all natural organic ingredients, high in protein, contains healthy fats, and plant based, unprocessed carbs. This is perfect as a quick breakfast on the go or a snack in-between meals. It can also be a fun way to get kids to eat their fruits and veggies. Try tossing a serving in the freezer with a popsicle stick and enjoy a fun and nutritious fro-yo popsicle.
