MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police say two Massachusetts men are accused of using the same false identity to get driver’s licenses in New Hampshire.
State police say Alta Garcia-Uero of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was in court Wednesday on charges of using a false identity to try to get a license in Salem last month. Two troopers who attended his hearing were later called to Manchester for a report of another man trying to get a license using the same identity.
Twenty-nine-year-old Jose Suero of Lawrence, Massachusetts, was charged Wednesday with multiple counts of tampering with public records and other charges after using another’s identity at the Manchester Division of Motor Vehicles office.
It was not immediately known if either man has a lawyer.
