(WHEC) – A Geneva, New York father is facing charges after police say a 4-year-old was found at school with cocaine. Willie Smallwood is facing felony charges, but is out of jail after posting $15,000 bail in cash.
The investigation started Monday when cocaine was found in the hat of Smallwood’s 4-year-old boy when he went to his Pre-K Head Start program at West Street School in Geneva. This is the second time in less than two weeks that a child in the Geneva City School District has brought drugs to school.
Police found duffel bags of marijuana in closets, $10,000 in cash and 12 guns inside Smallwood’s home.
