WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — A Worcester man is facing charges for allegedly waving what turned out to be a pellet gun at another motorist in a dispute over a parking spot.
Police say they were called at about 9 a.m. Thursday by a 41-year-old man who said he got into an argument with another man over a parking space and feared for his life after the other man waved a gun.
Police responding to the scene spotted a man who matched the description given by the caller and asked him to exit his vehicle. He complied and police found a replica silver revolver in holster located in the center console of his car.
Officers arrested 48-year-old Roland Gagnon and charged him with assault with a dangerous weapon. He is scheduled for arraignment Thursday.
