AUBURN, Cali. (KCRA) California’s Auburn Union School District is investigating allegations that a teacher forced a 5th grade student to disrobe in class after accusing him of stealing homework passes.
“It was in front of the whole class and all the kids were laughing at my son,” mother Gina Gonzales says.
“The teacher told me to take off my sweater, my shoes, my shirt, my socks. And right when she told me to take off my socks, I told her, ‘You’re not my mom,'” the child recalled.
The child said the teacher was trying to determine whether he was lying about the homework passes.
“They were all staring at me, and after that, the other kids were laughing,” he continued, adding that he felt embarrassed.
