WMass station offering $1.99 gas

Prices expected to continue to fall

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) – Gasoline prices keep falling to levels not seen in years, and at least one gas station in Holyoke has people filling up for less than $2.00 per gallon.

The price for regular unleaded at A&A Gas at High and Jackson Streets in Holyoke is now $1.99 per gallon. Mid-grade and premium were selling at higher prices Tuesday, at $2.55 and $2.68 respectively, but that’s far less than we were paying for regular gas not too long ago.

Prices at the pump have dropped substantially since Saudi Arabia has refused to cut production. Analysts predict that gas prices could continue to drop, though at a slower rate than they have been.
