Easy Cheese Fondue

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Get creative with your dinners and throw your own fondue party! Michael Tesoro the Owner and Chef at Ooma Tesoro’s Marinara showed us how to make a an easy cheese fondue.

Easy Cheese Fondue

Ingredients:
1 cup Gruyere
1 cup Emmental
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 lemon squeezed
2 oz Kirsch
1 Tablespoon corn starch
(use bread, vegetables, anything you want to dip into fondue)

Directions:
Slowly melt cheeses and white wine and corn starch and other together, allow to melt together without boiling.
