Weight-loss tips for 2015

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Looking to feel healthier and look better in 2015? Personal Trainer Ryan Woods from Enfuse Fitness in Enfield, Connecticut gave us some tips.

  • Incorporate tea: hydrangea, peppermint, ginger, green, and pu’er tea.
  • Increase overall fluid intake. Add lime, lemon, apple cider vinegar, and freeze dried greens formulas to improve hydration and alkalinity.
  • Sweat: gentle cardio, yoga, melt method, Pilates
  • Log diet and fitness goals
