(KCRA) Northern Californians are waking up Friday morning to soggy conditions, after steady rain continued to fall overnight.
The Sierra, meanwhile, continues to get dumping snow from the powerful storm.
Snow was falling as low as 4,000 feet as of 5:30 a.m. and sticking at about 5,000 feet.
The National Weather Service said Donner Summit has received 19 inches of snow since noon Thursday.
