TANNERSVILLE, N.Y. (NBC News) The huge Nor’easter that poured heavy rain on the East Coast Tuesday has moved into the mountains, dumping several feet of snow from Pennsylvania to Maine.
The storm system dropped three inches of rain in most areas up and down the coast, triggering flooding in some areas.
In Massachusetts, 60 mile-per-hour wind gusts were recorded.
The rain turned to snow and ice as the storm pushed north.
