Makeover Monday: 5 minute face

CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – When you’re short on time in the morning it can be hard to get ready! Makeup Artist Alicia Dane showed us how to get out the door in just five minutes.

5 minute face:

First I would start off with a tinted moisturizer with SPF to even out the skin tone.
Then I would apply a matte bronzer to add a healthy glow that can also double as a light wash of color on the eyelid in place off eye shadow.
Blush would come next in a shade that works with your skin tone. You want to mimic the actual tones in your checks when you naturally blush,The key is to add color to the face in the right places.
Next is to add definition the the lashes with mascara, and to the brows with a tinted brow gel.
The brow gel is basically mascara for the eyebrows and adds minor color while keeping them in place all day.
And for a final touch to finish off the look, a tinted lip balm with SPF. Basically Chapstick with color.
