GRAFTON, N.D. (KVLY) A North Dakota man is facing several felony charges after police discovered four pipe bombs in his home.
Gregory Sevigny was arrested Saturday after a standoff at his Grafton home.
Police say they wound up tasing Sevigny and using several officers to subdue him. They recovered four 6-inch cylinders containing explosives that had fuses attached to them.
Investigators say Sevigny had a plan for the bombs, but wouldn’t comment further.
