Lake effect snow dumps more than 15 inches of snow on Hamburg, New York...and it's still coming down.

WIVB Snowfall Totals(NBC News) Lake effect snow is blanketing western New York.

In Hamburg, just south of Buffalo, roughly 15 inches has fallen since Monday night.

The snow will likely continue to fall for another two days, so the snow piles along roadsides will likely be be measured in feet before all is said and done.

Obviously travel is severely impacted. Portions of I-90 are shut down, as well as major arteries in and around Buffalo.
