- 2 cans chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cold water as needed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Mix tahini well before measuring. Place all ingredients in food processor, and pulse the processor to blend ingredients. If too thick, gradually add water and continue processing until you have a creamy thick consistency.
- Place hummus in a serving bowl and sprinkle some chopped parsley on top for garnish.
