Republicans criticize President Obama's handling of Ebola

NEW YORK (NBC News) – Hours after the latest case of Ebola was diagnosed inside the United States, this time a doctor in New York who recently treated patients in West Africa, nurse Nina Pham was declared free of the deadly virus.

Pham made a brief statement outside of the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland where she received treatment, then journeyed to the White House for a meeting with President Obama.

Meanwhile, on Capitol Hill House Republicans were critical of the president’s response to the disease.
