MARLBORO, VT  (WWLP) – New England is known for its foliage and that color when it turns brings out people.

Columbus Day weekend is the big weekend for foliage viewing, and that was the case in southern Vermont on Sunday.

On Hogback Mountain in Marlboro, people came to get a look at the foliage from the scenic overlook, for what is known as the “100-mile view.”

Visitors get a view of three states: Vermont, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Vermont like Western Massachusetts draws visitors from all over the country during foliage season.
