Pet of the Week: Peluche

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – Meet Mass Appeal’s pet of the week!

Name: Peluche
Breed: Chihuahua mix
Age: 8 years
Sex: Male
Color: White

About Peluche:
One of Peluche’s best features is his smile – he has this big goofy grin that will just warm your heart. Peluche is such a happy and sweet guy. He is lovable and wiggles with joy when you approach him to say hello. He’s calm, sweet, mellow, and just a fun dog all-around. Peluche would get along well with other pooches that are also calm and sweet like he is. He would love to keep you company on brisk walks, watching a movie on the couch, or out in the backyard with a tennis ball. Come meet Peluche today – you will fall in love.

$5 Felines
On Saturday, October 18, Dakin locations in both Springfield and Leverett will hold a $5 Feline event, as part of the ASPCA Mega Match-a-thon adoption promotion (presented by Subaru) where you can adopt cats 6 months or older for $5!  This takes place from noon to 6pm on that day, and each adoption includes all the extras that come with any standard Dakin adoption including a full vet exam, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, vaccines, tests, treatments, an ID tag and collar and more!  Dakin thanks Steve Lewis Surbaru, our local Subaru partner, in this promotion.
