(WAVE) A missing woman has been found alive inside the trunk of a car in Louisville, Kentucky.
Good Samaritans heard the woman struggling inside the car.
“We was walking past the car and we heard a thump, thump, thump and we thought it was a prank, somebody was pranking us,” said Tiasha Chaplin.
Feeling alarmed at first, the women kept walking, but called 911. Minutes later on their trip back through they heard the noise again. Another passerby approached the car.
“One of the males said that she said she couldn’t breathe,” said Chaplin. “At that time I got scared. 911 still hadn’t arrived, so I ran across the street, got a brick, threw the brick through the passenger window.”
They were then able to pop the trunk and inside was Aundrea Stone. Short of breathe, but alive.
