HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — Connecticut Democratic Gov. Dannel Malloy and his Republican challenger are scheduled to meet twice in one week to debate one another.
On Tuesday, Malloy and Greenwich businessman Tom Foley are expected appear in West Hartford at the University of St. Joseph for a debate that will be shown live on WFSB-TV. It will start at 7 p.m. and will be moderated by WFSB anchor Dennis House.
The event is open only to the University of St. Joseph community.
Later in the week, Malloy and Foley are slated to face off in a debate at the University of Connecticut in Storrs. Co-sponsored by the Hartford Courant, Thursday’s event will be aired live on WTIC-TV, starting at 7 p.m.
Both Malloy and Foley have agreed to participate in several additional debates.
