Kwamega Sincere failed to register as a sex offender in MA

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Springfield Police have arrested a man wanted on a fugitive from justice charge in both Vermont and Connecticut.

Springfield Police Sgt. John Delaney told 22News 36-year-old Kwamega Sincere, also known as Iran Brice, was arrested Thursday afternoon near the corner of White and Mansfield streets.

Sincere was wanted in Vermont for a parole violation for selling cocaine. He was also wanted in Connecticut for violating his parole. Sgt. Delaney said Sincere also failed to register as a sex offender in Massachusetts.

Sincere was arraigned on Friday in Springfield District Court.
