UMass police: Man bit student on the neck

AMHERST, Mass. (WWLP) – UMass police are looking for a man who allegedly bit a student on the neck outside the Fine Arts Center over the weekend.

The department posted on their official Facebook page that the college-aged man approached a group of students during the early morning hours Sunday, and threatened to assault them. After that, he bit the victim on the neck before getting away.

The suspect is described as being about 5’10” with light brown skin, dark hair, and a chin strap-style beard. He was wearing a green flat-brimmed Boston Celtics cap, a blue flannel button-up shirt, a white undershirt, and blue jeans.
