WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – A cool night could not keep the crowds down on the eighth night of New England’s great state fair, The Big E.
People, who moved away decades ago, keep coming back every year, discovering all of the entertainment isn’t necessarily on stage at the Xfinity Arena.
Connie Knapik, a western Mass. native, told 22News, “Four years ago I walked through the Kraft and there was a gentleman there by the name of Don, who was playing his guitar. And he has a set of instrumental CDs that were wonderful. For four years, I thought about it. I came back and bought them all today.”
A man slightly better known than “Don” performs Saturday night at the Big E. Eddie Money will rock the crowd at 7:30 p.m. Your two tickets to paradise are free, once you’re inside.
