CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Tens of Millions of people use the internet every day. Now a ban that prevents taxing the use of internet access is due to expire soon. Most members of congress don’t want this ban to expire.
“I’ll just stop using it. I will try to use it less because I use it a lot but everything’s so expensive now it’s going to be difficult,” said Marieli Torres of Springfield.
Congressmen and women are leaving Washington to compaign in their home districts. The deadline for congress to extend the ban on taxing the use of internet is November 1st.
