(NBC News) President Obama is set to begin his campaign to convince America that the U.S. should go after ISIS terrorists.
Step one is to lay out his plan for Congress.
The President had dinner with nine foreign policy experts Monday night. Today, he’s bringing Congressional leaders to the White House today to lay out his strategy.
Meanwhile, Secretary of State John Kerry heads to the Mideast on a mission to building an international coalition to help with the fight.
