SALEM, Mass. (AP) — Essex County prosecutors are seeking two of three men charged with stealing about $1 million worth of computer parts from a Hewlett-Packard facility in Andover where they worked.

The district attorney’s office said Wednesday that 30-year-old Richard Gomez of Salem, New Hampshire, is in custody. Arrest warrants were issued for 28-year-old Jose Del Rosario of Lawrence, and 29-year-old Jose Padillo, also known as Juan Santana, who has several Merrimack Valley addresses.

All three were indicted last week on charges of larceny, receiving stolen property and money laundering. Padilla and Gomez also are charged with falsifying corporate books.

Prosecutors said the men replaced expensive central processing units in computers with cheaper parts before they were shipped from the warehouse, and the stolen parts were then sold online. It’s not immediately known if Gomez has a lawyer.
