(NBC News) President Obama is heading overseas to deal with the ISIS threat and Russia’s incursion into Ukraine.
His first stop will be Estonia, just one of several former Soviet states are concerned they could also be targeted by Russia.
In Africa this morning, news came overnight of a U.S. airstrike aimed at militants terrorizing Somalia.
From there Mr. Obama will travel to the NATO summit in Wales, where the U.S., United Kingdom and others are expected to discuss airstrikes to defeat ISIS militants in Syria.
