Things To Remember:
– Be aware of emergency alert systems in place.
– Have a plan of where and how to re-unite with family if you become separated.
– Be ready to be self sufficient for at least three days.
Things you need:
– Gallons of water
– Extra batteries
– Non-perishable food
– Manual can opener
– First aid kit.
Consider keeping a mobile emergency kit in your car with extra gasoline and a way to charge your cell phone. Also, review your emergency preparedness plans so you know what to do when disaster strikes.
