CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – If you’re a Charter Communications customer, you may not have been able to get on the internet on Saturday night.
As soon as 22News got word of an outage affecting many of our viewers, we contacted Charter looking for answers.
Our viewers started reporting the outage shortly after 5 o’clock Saturday evening.
Charter Communications Manager Heidi Vandenbrouck sent 22News this statement: “We are aware of the Internet issue for some of our customers in MA. We are working as quickly as possible to restore service and are currently investigating the cause of the issue.”
We asked Charter for more details on the outage, but they did not get back to us by news time.
